Hello Tim, welcome to the firm!

Mr. Tim Gaschke is a professional civil engineer registered in the States of Oregon, Washington and California.  He has experience internationally and nationally in both private and public development spanning over 19 years (10 years as a Professional Engineer in the North-West USA).  Mr. Gaschke’s experience includes a variety of public development and improvement projects including highway/pavement projects, public utility augmentation, development and rehabilitation, and all aspects of residential, commercial, retail and industrial developments.

As Civil Engineer of multiple public works projects, retail, industrial, general commercial, and subdivision projects throughout the Northwest, his experience spans from due-diligence site investigations and preliminary planning, conceptual design, land-use entitlement application, through design development, coordination, scheduling, agency and regulatory coordination, permitting, and construction management.
